about me

I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to be lost.

But there’s a quiet magic in being truly seen and witnessed in the fullness of who you are. And that is how I was found.

For eight years, I was guided by a therapist who offered more than just a listening ear. He nurtured a steady, grounded connection that helped me open up, trust myself, and seek a life beyond mere survival. That relationship changed me in ways I never thought possible.

Maybe you’ve felt it too — the pull of old wounds, the fatigue of keeping up appearances, the ache of feeling disconnected from yourself.

I lived there for years, submerged in the darkest waters of childhood trauma, unprocessed grief, and self-imposed pressure. But with her help, I was able to find my way back into the light of surrender, acceptance, and purpose. Our sessions brought color back into my life and into the world around me. A world I was ready to help change.

Because healing isn’t just about what you let go — it’s about what you step into.

step into healing

That calling was shaped not just by my own healing, but by my lived experiences as a military daughter, wife, veteran, and mother. I’ve seen firsthand the toll that service, instability, and unsupported transitions can take on a person. I know how easy it is to lose yourself while trying to keep everything else afloat. I didn’t want that for me or for anyone else.

Now, I journey alongside others who are ready to reclaim those silenced and buried parts of themselves.  I meet you where you are, offering steady guidance as you find their way back to solid ground — just as someone once did for me.

When you’re ready, I’m here to help you step into a life that feels like your own again.
